About the Author
Sundarajan V. Madihally is an associate professor in the school of chemical engineering at Oklahoma State University. He is also the faculty advisor for the OSU student chapter of the American Institute of Chemical Engineers. He holds a Ph.D. in chemical engineering from Wayne State University.

A rough draft

This book should never have been published. The author obviously knows his stuff, but the book is full of errors, typos, and poor syntax. Even the sample problems had errors. The author also has no idea how to present information logically or concisely.
This book needed to go through an editor a few times before being published. Good info. Terribly presented.

The worst book ever..

This has to be the worst book ever written. There are many printing errors and typos. Lots of mistake. Explanation is not even correctly worded. Questions are poorly worded and there are lots of problem where equations are not even in the book. You have to google for almost every other problem to find the meaning of terms used in questions and read other books from Google Book.
The book has great descriptive chapter but as I said lots of printing mistake. Also, it is priced above 100 bucks. Such a poor writing doesn't deserve to be above 100 bucks. DO NOT BUY this book until the next 3/4 editions. By then hopefully, the mistakes and typos would be removed hopefully and problems would be correctly worded and problem content addressed correctly in book.
